November 2024 Top Trends
From layering pieces to all things navy, these are the November 2024 top trends that are expected to impact the womenswear, menswear, kids, and beauty markets for months to come.
This season, consumers are on the hunt for a bit of texture to add to any look. The sherpa vest is a cozy essential, up +69% to last year, while the suede fringe jacket (+46% go LY) is an emerging favorite seen at Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. Fur is a material to watch with the fur skirt (+64% to LY) and faux fur hat (+132% to LY) growing at accelerated rates.
Navy is an it-color of the season, especially within menswear. The mens navy cardigan (+35% to LY) and navy dress pants (+19% to LY) are on the rise while accessories like the navy tie (+35% to LY) and mens navy loafers are top picks––up +600% in market adoption to last year.
As consumers are dulling down their blush, eyes have become the focus once again. Eyeliner trends like fishtail eyeliner (+1,505% to LY) and downturned eyeliner (+182% to LY) are gaining popularity on social media while light brown eyeliner (+22% to LY) and waterline eyeliner (+38% to LY) are trends to watch.
Kids are going to school layered up in preparation for snow. Shell jackets (+17% to LY) and fleece hoodies (+12% to LY)—think North Face—are cool weather basics while quilted parkas (+86% to LY) and the shearling vest (+87% to LY) are in, too.
