Within fashion and beauty, this season was defined by TikTok viral moments, timeless pieces and prints, as well as easy-breezy looks that made getting ready simple. Below, discover the top trends that shaped Summer 2025 across markets.

WOMENSWEAR

This summer, Womenswear trends focused on TikTok-viral products and retro-inspired pieces that were equipped for “Euro summer”. For example, the Coach Brooklyn Bag (+59,434% to LY) became a buzzy product at the beginning of the season, garnering 65M TikTok views, because of its slouchy boho style and spacious interior, perfect for every day use. And along the same lines, bag charms (+247% to LY) continued to grow within accessories with the Labubu (+3,036% to LY) becoming an unexpected viral moment. Butter yellow—the color of the season—saturated the market, and the butter yellow dress (+528% to LY) was a notable top seller, especially for wedding guest-of-looks. Other styles leaned into a retro aesthetic, like the triangle scarf (+211% to LY) that first turned heads at Coachella; triangle scarves continued on to become an everyday go-to whether worn around the neck, tied around the waist over jeans, or used as a headscarf. And within prints, polka dots—a quintessential trend in the 1950’s—stole the show as we saw polka dot tops (+298% to LY), polka dot mini dresses (+364% to LY), and polka dot sets (+976% to LY) dominate the Womenswear market.

MENSWEAR

Menswear focused on elevated everyday looks alongside coveted branded sneakers this season. The wide collared shirt (+259% to LY)—note Abercrombie & Fitch and Ralph Lauren—was a top trend of the summer seen in both formal and casual styles from lux cottons to lightweight linens. Wide collared shirts were often paired with trending bottoms like mens linen pants (+50% to LY) and pinstripe pants (+71% to LY). As for accessories, black onyx jewelry stood out as a consumer must-have, up +349% in searches to last year, alongside metal sunglasses (+142% to LY) and genuine leather sneakers (+340% to LY). Footwear is often top of mind within Menswear, and we saw the Nike Shox (+92% to LY) and Salomon X-T6 (+72% to LY) sneakers grow in consumer interest.

BEAUTY

Beauty trends felt easy-breezy with a focus on au naturale looks. Undone waves (+797% to LY) were a hot hair trend, especially as consumers have been opting for more heatless styling options, and the French bob (+30% to LY) was a viral haircut, too, with 686M TikTok views. All things glowy were key this season, from supple looking butter skin (+582% to LY) to hair gloss (+99% to LY) that offered salon worthy shine and vibrancy. And as for cosmetics, color changing foundation (+222% to LY) and peel-off lip liner (+416% to LY)—shoutout Sacheu Beauty—went viral on social media with millions of TikTok views. Matching the print of the season, polka dot nails became a safe bet trend, up +124% to last year, and we saw a rise in supplements with peptide supplements (+135% to LY) leading in the market.

CHILDRENSWEAR

Childrenswear trends focused on playful looks, including animal graphics, textured fabrics, and striped prints this season. Bunny prints (+323% to LY), kangaroo graphics (+133% to LY), and jelly fish shirts (+309% to LY) were notable animal-inspired top-picks. And instead of linen, consumers steered towards seersucker fabrications with the boys seersucker suit (+119% to LY), boys seersucker shorts (+107% to L), and girls seersucker dress (+100% to LY) ruling in the market. Stripes have grown popular across markets, and gingham proved to be the print of the season within Childrenswear seen in primary colors; gingham tops (+83% to LY) and gingham jackets (+105% to LY) were best sellers.
