June 2025 Fashion & Beauty Trends: Womenswear & Menswear

Right now, unlikely trends are on the rise. The dolman top (+130% to LY) is making a comeback and experiencing accelerated growth alongside other styles like the cinched blazer (+153% to LY) , bloomer pants (+107% to LY), and within footwear, Mary Jane sneakers (+99% to LY) are ones to watch.

This season is the summer of stripes, and we are seeing practical yet stylish iterations of the pattern within menswear. Mens striped pullovers (+700% to LY), mens side stripe pants (+239% to LY), and mens vertical striped shirts (+123% to LY) are stand-outs in apparel, which were seen at the SS25 runway shows. And, sleepwear is adopting this trend as well with striped pajamas up +20% to last year.

Beauty products for the upcoming holiday are saturating the market. Holiday makeup looks are up +59% to last year with red blush (+82% to LY) and classic red lips (+71% to LY) proving to be Fourth of July favorites. Popsicle nails (+120% to LY)—think bomb pops—are a kitschy manicure for July and tinsel hair (+57% to LY) for added sparkle is on the rise.

Polka dots are “it-girl” approved for the summer, as seen in Womenswear, too. Head-to-toe polka dot looks are on the rise with polka dot skirts (+129% to LY), polka dot tops (+228% to LY), and polka dot dresses (+68% to LY) as top trends. And for pool or beach days, polka dot bikinis (+187% to LY) are a popular choice.
