1. Face makeup was minimal with a focus on glowy skin.

This season, face makeup took a backseat to lips and eyes; rather, clean-looking glowy skin (+11% to LY) was a priority as seen at TWP, Prabal Gurung, and Kallmeyer. Embellishments like Simone Rocha’s beaded brows and Thom Browne’s wild lashes added excitement—embellished makeup is up +18% in market adoption to last year.

2. Eye makeup favorites were frosty eyeshadow and tightline liner.

On the runways, eye makeup made an impact from New York to Paris. Elevated braids (+14% to LY) were a favorite, too, at shows like Annie’s Ibiza where Renaissance-inspired crown-like braids took center stage.

5. Nails were notably neutral this season.

Nails were notably neutral this fashion month; models at Roksanda and Burberry wore nude nail polish (+4% in Market Adoption) and various shades of brown nail polish (+21% to LY), too.
