The Spring/Summer 2025 season has come to a close with inspired collections and the streets were just as exciting as the runways. Below, discover the top street style trends in apparel, accessories and beauty that are sure to stay for this fall and winter season.


1. Bag Charms

Bag charms were a notable trend from Copenhagen to New York, up +336% to last year in searches. Bags were personalized with several charms—quickly becoming an internet phenomena as fashion enthusiasts are eager to charm-up their handbags with pieces from Coach and Parker Thatch.

2. Tartan

Tartan, a major trend from the FW24 runways, made a statement on the streets in cities around the world. We saw tartan worn in new ways with punk skirts, long coats and even layering with colors that clashed but felt refreshing. This trend is +31% to last year and most saturated in the luxury market, sure to stick around for months to come.

3. Sporty

As seen at Off-White and Dior, sporty looks are in right now with an elevated twist. All things sporty are +81% to last year like track suits, moto jackets, sneakers and baseball caps—all of which the street-style set indulged in throughout this fashion month.

4. Layering

Layered looks were key this season, especially when it came to layering with sheers. Sheer layering predominantly with skirts is up +13% to last year in searches. We also saw show-goers master the art of layering in Paris, utilizing knits to layer on top of coats and dresses.

5. Hats and Headwear

Hats and headwear proved an essential styling extra this fashion month. We saw head scarfs (+30% to LY) that felt reminiscent of the 60's, baseball caps (+6% to LY), beanies (+6% to LY) and newsboy caps (+13% to LY)—thanks to Chanel—across cities that made any outfit more exciting.

6. Leopard Print

The internet’s favorite trend, leopard print (+112% to LY), made it to the streets of Milan and Paris, too. We saw leopard accessories including hats, shoes and handbags while others opted for full leopard looks with printed pants, dresses and long coats. It’s safe to say this isn’t just a social media micro-trend and is here to stick around.

7. Statement Socks

Paired with sneakers, flats and kitten heels, statement socks were a key trend seen across the board. Up +403% in searches to last year, tall statement socks in vibrant colored sheers elevated each look. Rather than feeling school-girl-esque, this trend came across feminine and chic.

8. Flats

Flats continue to be a street-style favorite trend up +21% to last year whether they are ballet flats (+57% to LY) or pointed toe flats (+28% to LY). Flats with studs and hardware were the it-girl shoe on the streets. Patent leather flats in black and burgundy were standouts among the crowds, too.

9. Tall Boots

True to the fall season, tall boots (+22% to LY) made appearances around the world. Predominantly black leather boots were seen paired with a variety of looks, many of which were heeled pointed toe (+28% to LY) or riding boots (+13% to LY) inspired by Gucci’s FW24 collection.

10. Flipped Hair

The 60's aesthetic is not only infiltrating womenswear, but beauty looks, too. Flipped out hair was a notable hair style seen this fashion month, up +2% in searches to last year. Not only was this style seen on the streets, but it was also prevalent at shows like Carolina Herrera.

11. Flushed Cheeks

Blush has taken the beauty world by storm and this season, rather than bold blush looks, we saw the street style set opt for flushed cheeks or “boyfriend blush”. Flushed cheek looks are +40% to last year created using more subtle pigmented cosmetics in shades like mauve.

12. Bold Lip Liner

Similar to last year, bold lip liner is still a statement-making trend within beauty. Up +45% in searches to last year, dark lip liners in deep reds and browns drew attention to the lips from London to Milan.
